**Location**: Milton Keynes - Hybrid, one office day per week.
**Contract Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £90,000 Depending on experience
**Bonus and commission**: Variable - 30% with ability to stretch higher.

**The Opportunity**
We’re looking for an exceptional Head of New Business Sales to take on a high-impact, senior role at the heart of our commercial growth. This is a true player-coach position, perfect for a seasoned sales leader with a background and strong understanding of SaaS products who thrives on winning new business while inspiring and elevating the performance of those around them.
Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, you will lead the charge in expanding our client base across insurance, SaaS, and strategic partnerships, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and client onboarding.
You’ll also provide hands-on leadership to a talented team of New Business Development Directors and Sales Development Representatives, setting clear objectives, driving accountability, and fostering a high-performance culture.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 10 years demonstrable experience of succeeding in target driven, non-tangible product B2B sales roles. SaaS sales experience advantageous.
- Significant experience of lead generation, networking and pipeline building for business development purposes.
- Previous experience in leading and developing a high-performing sales team with a lead by example approach with the ability to bring out the best in others.
- Strong track record of acquiring and growing large client relationships.
- Experience in negotiating at board level and closing high-value contracts.
- Previous experience in either Employee Benefits, Reward, SaaS (such as ATS, HRIS, LMS, etc.), Insurance, Fintech would be an advantage
