**Project Manager - Salesforce**

**Hybrid/London**

Our client is looking to recruit a Salesforce Project Manager for a short interim contract of 6-8wks.

You will be reporting to the Director of Resources. The primary responsibility will be to manage on ongoing Salesforce / Cloud Development project. As the interim Project Manager, you will work with the internal project team (Salesforce Platform Manager,the business stakeholders and key Salesforce users) and with the external solution delivery partner to ensure that the project progresses as planned.

**Responsibilities**
- As the interim project manager, you will be the principal contact with the solution delivery partner’s project manager
- Develop and update the internal project plan as required, documenting and managing issues and risks, and escalating them to the Director of Resources or the external partner as required.
- Assist and support the Salesforce Platform Manager with the design and conduct of the UAT
- Assist the Salesforce Platform Manager with two smaller concurrent development projects where necessary.
- The Salesforce Project Manager is responsible to ensure Salesforce support provided to our clients in a timely, and client-oriented manner.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with crafting project deliverables, and Salesforce documentation as needed
- Work closely with the business on prioritising project
- Report regularly on the performance of the team and the upcoming items to be closed off in the following period
- Integration with legacy systems and coordination with Delivery Managers on other Programme workstreams to ensure the successful delivery of all IT & Business deliverables

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Certification in Salesforce administration or development or Project Manager
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in a Salesforce environment (Essential)
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or professional services
- Must be able to negotiate and manage expectations and keep the internal and external project participants focussed and engaged
- Excellent planning and strategic abilities
- Organized and meticulous in your work
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- A dynamic and adaptable mindset
- Professional and deadline oriented
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask

**This is a 6-8wk project paying up to £400 per day, LTD or PAYE.**
