**Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
