An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor within a busy, product-based industry—perfect for someone with a background in customer-facing sales or order processing who wants to take the next step in their career.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—handling enquiries, guiding them through product options, processing orders, and providing exceptional service throughout. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the wider sales team to meet and exceed targets.

From quoting and upselling to coordinating with production teams and solving problems on the fly, you’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your voice matters.

You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced team, gaining hands-on product knowledge, and building long-term customer relationships. If you’ve worked in customer service or sales within construction, manufacturing, or glazing—or are quick to pick up technical product knowledge—this could be a fantastic fit.

Pay: £26,280.00-£28,290.00 per year
