Job Description: HEAD BARTENDER
- Have at least 3 years previous experience in cocktail making
- Have Head Bartender/Bar Supervisor experience in a busy environment
- Have a passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
- Enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs to create a memorable experience
- Be outgoing and have a charming personality, an enthusiastic and dedicated team player

Responsibilities: HEAD BARTENDER
- Ordering, receiving, storing, controlling and counting of bar stock
- Completing of all opening, cleaning and closing duties to a high standard
- Supervising service of drinks according to the service standards and timings
- Training new employees on service standards and drinks specs and carry out ongoing training for current staff to maintain those standards
- Serving as a liaison between management and other staff members
- Have an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well
- Follow licensing laws and supervise bartenders to do so.

Flexible Schedule, Full Time & Part Time available

**Salary**:
12.5p per hour + TRONC
