Aspens Charities need people like you to take our beautiful care home from where it is now to where we know it needs to be. You'll support the people who call Burton Cottages their home in their daily lives, helping to manage their behaviours and generally enriching their days while rewarding yours.

Our service in Robertsbridge is on a journey to make it an amazing place for the people we support. In order to do this, we need even more amazing carers like you to join our team.

**About the Role**
- The people we support in Robertsbridge love to be out and about in the day so you will be involved in activities while support their over various care needs throughout your shift.
- Shift times are split across Early (7.15am - 3pm) and Late (2.45pm - 9.45pm) shifts and cover Monday - Sunday (including 4 weekend days across a 4 week rota)
- Contracts are flexible and can be from 16 hours per week - 37 hours per week (depending on your availability, preference and service need).
