**Graphic & Web Designer**

**Salary**: £24,000 a year

**Location**: Liverpool

We’re looking for a talented graphic and web designer to join our friendly marketing team based in our head office in Liverpool City Centre.

If you’re an organised, forward-thinking, and results-driven designer who’s ready to dive into a range of exciting projects, we want to hear from you.

Job Requirements:

- Taking a key role in the design and maintenance of the RWinvest website.
- Using Wordpress CMS to upload content to our website.
- Implementing and maintaining high quality SEO policies and incorporating them with web content.
- Collecting and analysing data on website usage to improve performance.
- Responding to reports of technical problems and working with the team to fix them quickly.
- Liaising with content writers, graphic designers and developers.
- Collaborating with the wider graphic design team to produce high quality media and ensure brand consistency is maintained throughout all design assets.
- Designing landing pages via Unbounce and experimenting with different layout styles and design features.
- Assisting with additional design tasks such as creating logos, PDFs, videos and imagery.

Essential Requirements:

- Experience in a relevant graphic design role, including work experience or placements.
- A working knowledge of Wordpress.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of user experience best practices.
- A flexible approach and a willingness to accept feedback and incorporate it into their designs.
- An understanding of the key principles of branding.
- Knowledge of typography.
- An understanding of CSS and HTML.
- Must be a team player who’s happy to collaborate on different projects.

Desirable Requirements:

- Experience using heat-mapping software such as Mouseflow and Hotjar.
- Knowledge of video editing and production.
- Experience using Unbounce to create landing pages.

**Experience**:
Graphic design: 1 year (essential)

Wordpress Management: 1 year (essential)
