Enclosing Operator

Our client is the market leader in printing and following a significant business expansion is now recruiting to expand their production team for experienced **Enclosing Operators** with the skills to operate printing finishing machinery.

Key activities for an **Enclosing Operator** will include:

- Communicate with the line manager in a timely manner
- Liaise with overseer /operators for handovers and any issues arising
- Produce work to the highest standards and to obtain maximum output and procedures are followed
- Develop knowledge and skills for performance management to create a high-performance culture
- Able to understand and act on maintenance levels

What we are looking for in an **Enclosing Operator**:

- Direct mail and transactional mail experience preferable but not essential
- Experienced on Bowe fusions, Neopost equipment, other useful machinery experience includes Bluecrest, Kern, Buhrs, Norpak, Bell & Howell, Sitma, CMC or Pitney Bowes, also advantageous any additional experience using finishing equipment such as guillotines / folders / stitching lines etc., and training will be given.
- Flexible attitude willing to work with the team to get the job completed
- Previous experience operating in a fast-paced environment
- Forward thinking with an appreciation of LEAN principles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,585.00 per year
