**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts payable and receivable using accounting software
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Prepare financial reports and statements for Directors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
- Prepare reports for audits and tax filings
- Payroll (10 - 20 employees)
**Skills**
- Proven experience as an Account Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in using Sage accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience within the motor trade is desirable but not essential
