Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for **Creative Producers **to join our MMM Creative team. These roles will ideally be based at our Alton Towers Resort.

**About the Role...**

***Reporting into the Senior Creative Director, you will be part of the Resort Theme Park Creative team who operate globally across 100+ sites, and 6 different brands from Europe, US, Asia to ANZ.

The Creative Producer will be responsible for the local production of all propositions that will be implemented in the region they are responsible for and will work closely with the Creative Leads (based in London) to ensure the creative concept is accurately translated into an executable attraction. You will take the concept from draft theme book to developing all the creative detail, supervising the art direction and ensuring it’s delivered on brand, on time and on proposition.

As Creative Producer, you will be responsible for working with our Project Delivery Team in coordinating all external suppliers and resources both on site and remotely to deliver creative intent. You will also work closely with General Managers and project champions to ensure they and their teams are happy with project progress and all design developments.

You will constantly monitor key market and consumer trends and assist the Creative Directors in short, medium and long-term master planning when necessary.

Please note this role will require frequent international travel.

**You will be a master in translating a conceptual idea into a physical product on site and as a skilled communicator, able to keep a complex and large project team working together to deliver creative vision.
- You will be an expert in design techniques and software including Adobe Creative Cloud and able to read technical drawings for review from vendors.
- Able to build strong relationships and influence, you will demonstrate a collaborative spirit to get “buy in” from senior stakeholders swiftly.
- Solutions focused and commercially minded, you will have a natural interest in consumer and market trends and able to gather the best benchmarks in the industry.
- We are a fast moving business, so the ability to be agile and nimble in your approach, adapting to changing environments is key
