They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Administrator to join their team and contribute to the smooth operation of their finance department.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and timely bank reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial records.
- Process adviser commission adjustments in accordance with established procedures.
- Raise VAT invoices promptly and accurately for clients, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Complete direct debit mandates, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with purchase ledger activities, including invoice processing and payment reconciliations.
- Handle various administration tasks across the department, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all financial and administrative activities.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work under own initiative, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines with excellent organizational skills.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- AAT qualified or studying towards AAT qualification.
- Previous experience in a finance-related role or similar administrative position is preferred.
- Hardworking and conscientious individual with the ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong aptitude for accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
