We need specialists to assist in getting children with high needs settled back into the classroom and get pupils back on track with their learning. Are you ready to give some valuable input to a child's development?

We are looking for 1-1 Teaching Assistants to work next academic year with Pupils from the ages of 4-11 who need support to maintain behaviour or access the curriculum due to an SEN diagnosis.

You will work in Schools across Gainsborough (and surrounding areas if you can travel) to enable different pupils to be managed in the classroom environment and provide the support they need to feel happy, secure and comfortable whilst pushing them to succeedand excel expectations. You will work with pupils who require additonal support, working with them to manage their behaviour as well as ensuring that they successfully achieve the desired outcomes of the day. The role will be varied; providing support on a1:1 and small group basis; ensuring that all pupils are meeting curriculum standards.

The schools require staff who have previous experience of providing this support but often find that previous Nursery Nurses, those with Degrees in education Studies and Previous care assistants get on well in these roles. Give us a call to see if your experiencewould work.

Hours will be in line with School opening times (08:30-15:30) but days of work can be flexible, and occasionally just mornings or afternoons, but we will give you the opportunity to manage your own time around your own committments.
