Blackjack Promotions are the largest providers of promotional retail staff across UK Airports. We work with some of the world's biggest and most luxurious brands. Whatever project you work on, your role is to ensure that passengers have a positively memorable experience.

We are currently working with a luxury wines and spirits brand who are seeking charismatic client advisors to be part of a project milestone in the Travel Retail industry.

The client advisors will be taking consumers on a journey while maintaining and promoting the highest standard through extensive product knowledge and brand expertise. An 'A class' customer experience will be essential with a customer centric mindset, striving to meet sales ambitions.

Main Responsibiltiies:

- Greet, serve, and advise customers giving the highest standard of customer service at all times.
- Develop a loyal relationship with customers by giving a 1-2-1 personal shopping style approach to sales by interacting, sharing product knowledge, and sharing in shop experience tools.
- Share with client’s product portfolio from rare finds, limited editions, novelties to core range.
- Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and brands strategies.
- Ensure a knowledge of sales targets and boutique/store performance on a daily and weekly basis.
- Follow all stock management procedures.
- Follow competition survey processes, consolidate and report to the retail operations manager.
- Play a key role in housekeeping of the Boutique by ensuring products are displayed as per Brand Guidelines.
- Regular communication with internal Moet Hennessy team to share information on sales, customer feedbacks and escalate issues when required.
- Be conversant with selling systems, cash and credit and exchange procedures.
- Monitor key industry and competitor activity on products, promotions, prices, sales
- Work collaboratively with Colleagues to delivery mission and goals for Boutique
- Take all actions necessary to maximise security and prevent theft of product

Working at the airport can mean unusual working hours, for example, morning shifts start as early as 5am - 6am for this job.

**Professional experience & know how**:

- Proven experience in a luxury retail or service environment
- Knowledge in wine and spirits industry preferred - WSET qualified preferred
- Mixology skills
- Strong clientelling skills
- Experience in cash handling procedures

- Leadership skill and ability to establish trust relationships at all levels in the business
- Understands the luxury environment as well as the competition and business opportunities
- Demonstrates high operational standards.

**Language**:

- English mandatory

Other spoken language is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
