Our client is a leading, client focused Building Services Consultancy, established with the aim of providing a superior service,

delivering a fully integrated design service, encompassing all areas of building services engineering.

They seek to satisfy client’s expectations and by doing so have successfully completed a diverse range of projects and commissions for many of the UK ’s leading companies and organisations,with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction with repeatcommissions from many clients.

Unrestrained by the size of commission, they are able to provide survey work and a full range of design procurement solutions. CAD A disciplined approach, with staff investment a priority, results in co-ordinated projects delivered on time and within financialrestraints.

They now seek both a Graduate and Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer to work from West Midlands offices due to expanding work load.

**Key responsibilities include -**:

- Working as part of a team to ensure successful preparation and delivery on project objectives, including providing technical support
- Working alongside Senior and Intermediate Engineers to ensure quality and timely operation delivery for clients
- Assisting in compiling specifications and drawings, including AutoCAD where required
- Preparing calculations
- Assisting with mechanical building engineering services design to buildings and infrastructure
- A relevant degree in Mechanical / Building services engineering
- Results orientated individual with strong problem solving, technical realisation and coordination skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office, any knowledge of AutoCAD and Hevacomp would be a bonus
