**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments.
- Assist with food preparation and serving as needed, contributing to overall kitchen operations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods, ensuring prompt service without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills, enabling effective prioritisation of tasks during peak hours.
