Teaching Personnel are working with numerous schools across Sussex to find hard working, outgoing SEN teaching assistants. The students in our schools have a varying range of special educational needs such as challenging behaviour, ADHD, Autism and otherSEN/SEMH difficulties. The ideal Teaching assistant would have some experience working as a TA, support worker, carer or similar; above all else you will have a genuine passion for making a difference in your students’ lives Day to day, you will be helpingthe teacher deliver the national curriculum to students, devising and implementing learning plans where necessary to cater to the individual needs of students. You may have the chance to work 1:1 or with small groups if you’d prefer as there are multiple positionsacross many different schools.

**Requirements**:

- **Passionate about education**
- **Experience working with SEN, SEMH and disabilities**
- **Able to commute in Sussex**
