**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate artic tippers/curtain sider and hiab lorries to transport goods to various locations efficiently and safely.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring it is secured properly for transport.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.

**Requirements**:

- Valid HGV licence and clean driving record.
- Hiab crane licence (Not Essential)
- Up to date CPC
- Strong understanding of delivery driver responsibilities and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
- Good communication skills and a professional, positive attitude towards all business daily activities.
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures related to transportation and safety.

Hours: 6.30am-4.30pm, Mon-Fri. Saturdays are only required through busy periods.

Holidays 21 days plus Bank Holidays.

Benefits: Discretionary bonus scheme.

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
