**Mental Health/Learning Disability Support Worker**

Better Healthcare are looking for Support Workers for a supported living facility who require support to live independently whilst managing a mental health condition, behavioural difficulties, learning disabilities and/or similar vulnerabilities.

**The role includes**:

- Supporting young adults across 2 bungalows
- Supporting in day to day activities (daily routines, education/career, appointments, budgeting, cleaning etc.)
- Teaching life skills and encouraging the young people to become independent
- Safeguarding the residents
- Providing personal care if required
- Carrying out welfare checks
- Administrating first aid/medication as and when needed

Shifts include long days and sleep in's (10:00-00:00 + sleep in until 07:00, 07:00-10:30 the next day)

Holding a full UK driving license is desirable, but not essential as this is central Kings Lynn and easily accessible by public transport.
