IT Coordinator

An IT Coordinator is required for a leading manufacturing company, based in Hinckley. A salary of up to £21,000 is offered, depending on experience.

This role would suit a recent IT graduate who’s looking for a step into a long, successful career in IT.

You will join a team of highly experienced IT professionals (most have been developed through the ranks within this company), where you will be giving opportunities to learn, grow and develop Training and support will be given on all aspects of the role, but you must be highly organised and willing to learn

Your duties will include
- Supporting the entire IT team with general administration duties. You will receive incoming support tickets and assign the correct priority.
- Calling users to clarify requests.
- Setting up (and close down) new users.
- Ensure printer and toner maintenance and services are kept up to date.
- Order and allocate kit and equipment.
- Liaise with the phone company and manage mobile phone contracts.

**Skills Required**:
The IT Coordinator will ideally have the following experience:

- Excellent administration, customer service and organization skills
- A keen interest in IT / Computer Science - preferably a degree
- Any experience in an IT support role would be highly advantageous
