We are looking for an administrator and scheduler of works to join a family run business which has been established for over 40 years. We are looking for a new team member who has experience in scheduling a team of technicians or similar.
The job will include but is not limited to:
- Giving quotation via our management and planning software
- Booking surveys for surveyors
- Planning works for our team of technicians
- Following up quotations
- Raising Purchase Orders on Xero
- Weekly office meetings
- Producing reports from management software
- Updating in-house systems and procedures
- Ordering products and materials, uniforms and any other items required
- Anything else the company may require
You will be joining our amazing office team based in Reddish, Stockport.
