My client is one of the largest educational specialists in the UK with sites across the country. They are looking for an ambitious and hardworking **1st line IT Support Technician** to join their tech team. As the IT Support Technician, you will provide on-site support, answering calls and resolving tickets at a 1st line level. You will have a dedicated training plan, regularly learning fromSenior IT Support Technicians.
Excellent customer service is an absolute MUST for this position.
