**Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Health & Safety Officer to work with one of our clients in Surrey.**

**What the job will be doing**
- The Health and Safety Officer’s role is to support the Head of Compliance in ensuring the Group has developed and maintains a comprehensive Health and Safety Regime, robust record keeping (both physically and electronically) to ensure the Group operateswithin a safe and statutorily complaint position. The role will also support the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive contract register and library.
- Working with the Head of Compliance to:

- Provide a high quality first line of contact for managers
- Provide support in insurance renewal and cover discussions with Brokers and Providers.
- Provide clear and advice and support to both colleagues and contractors on the use of the Groups contract, health and safety and insurance systems and standards.

**What you will need**
- GCSE (or equivalent) Math’s and English Grade C or above
- NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational or Construction Health and Safety
- Experience of working within a cross functional team environment.
- Experience of working in a Health and Safety or Insurance field desirable.
