**The Role**

You will be running your own business with our support and guidance.
- Generating leads
- Conducting market appraisal with potential sellers
- Listing and marketing properties
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
- Overseeing the transaction through to completion
- We provide_

Training, support, marketing material, technology, systems, processes, and strategies. Everything you need to be successful.
- Earnings_

**You will earn 70% of the fees generated. Based on an average fee of £6,000 you will earn £4,200 per transaction. So just two completions per month will generate £8,400 per month (£100,000 per year)**

**This is a self-employed role, with full support **

No previous experience is required as we provide full training and support.

Sales, marketing, and negotiation skills are an advantage

Pay: £60,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Estate Agency: 2 years (preferred)
- Direct sales: 2 years (preferred)
