Entire FS is looking to recruit an employed Protection Adviser to offer Protection and
Insurance advice to clients as part of a thriving Independent Financial & Mortgage Advisers working from our modern offices in Altrincham Town Centre, offering a basic salary of
£30,000 and OTE of £50,000-£80,000+.

You will work closely with our team who will provide you with high-quality leads from clients typically going through the mortgage process or who already have a mortgage in place.

Your primary focus will be providing insurance (Life, Critical Illness & Income Protection) options across the whole of market based on the clients’ requirements and needs to protect their finances and family.

This role will provide high rewards for a driven individual.

Key responsibilities for this role would include:

- Provide expert advice on insurance products across the whole of market
- Engage with clients to understand their individual protection needs and financial circumstances
- Recommend suitable solutions to clients tailored to their requirements
- Effectively manage a pipeline of leads, converting them into successful sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and credibility
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Driven and motivated to work hard to achieve great results
- Sound knowledge of protection and insurance products, particularly how they align with clients mortgages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients
- Excellent organisational skills to manage a high volume of leads and prioritise effectively
- Confident using modern technology tools to work efficiently.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

What you will receive:

- Basic £30,000
- Uncapped commission - OTE of £50,000-£80,000+
- Flexible working opportunity once established pipeline and consistent sales figures
- No expectation for weekend work - Normal working hours are Monday-Friday 9am
- 5pm.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£80,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Altrincham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
