**Job Title: Teaching Assistant**

**Pay Range: £350 per week**

**Location: CF14, Lisvane, Cardiff**

**Start Date: ASAP**

**Working Hours: 8.30 - 15.30 (with half hour break), Monday - Friday**

Role Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity to make a huge difference to a child's life has arisen. I'm looking for a Teaching Assistant to work 1-1 with a non-verbal child in a reception class. Currently they struggle to communicate effectively but with your support you willhelp to find other ways to communicate and help grow their confidence. You will need patience as the child can occasionally get frustrated at not being able to communicate in the ways other children would. This is such a rewarding role for the right personand you can make such a difference to the child and their family.

About the School

The schools are based in North Cardiff in the Lisvane area of the city. The school has good transport links being 10 minutes walk from the nearest train station, it also has onsite parking. The school has really good facilities. I recently visited the schooland can honestly say it's such a lovely school with the headteacher making everyone feel so included.

You Will Need
- Child Only Enhanced DBS (Your personal consultant can help you with the registration process)
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council (Your personal consultant can help you with the registration process)
- Experience working with children in a professional or personal capacity

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
