**Job Title: Media & Marketing Executive**

**Location**: Process Instrument Solutions Ltd, Units 6 and 7, Parkway, Elm Farm Park, Thurston, Suffolk IP31 3TB

**Reporting to**: Marketing Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced and driven Media & Marketing Executive to join our fast growing company. This is a unique opportunity to demonstrate the Process Instrument Solutions approach to marketing activities and grow key accounts in new and existing business fields through direct client engagement on social media and other marketing channels.

This role is based at our head office in Suffolk, with opportunity to work on a flexible working policy and from home.

We are looking for a creative and driven individual to support our business focused on the PIS portfolio of innovative instrumentation.

Embracing flexible working, the position is office based with occasional external interaction required with both suppliers and customers.

This is a key role in delivering innovative technical solutions, business growth and customer satisfaction, and is an outstanding opportunity to join an innovative team. You will be providing awareness of the best end to end process instrumentation solutions in the market. You will be a highly motivated individual who works well on your own or within a team.

**Use your skills to move our business forward.**
- Provide support and feedback to the business on all marketing activities and future trends.
- Gain and develop knowledge of the process markets with the emphasis on energy, food/beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical and aggregates.
- A capability to absorb technical information and disseminate that in a simple understandable way.
- The imagination to create modern and exciting social media & marketing content.
- Be a point of contact for colleagues, customers and suppliers on joint marketing strategies.
- Provide business updates to our customers, via our online platforms and website.
- The capability to create concept ideas, design social media posts and engage with customers/colleagues online via chat function.

**Experience and qualifications**:

- We are looking for people with a passion for both technical and commercial sales & marketing.
- Experience in creating and uploading social post across various social media platforms.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written.
- A good understanding of process instrumentation is desired but not essential.
- Video creation & editing.
