**Description**
You will be reporting into the Group Finance Manager and will be working as part of a team of 4 in finance. Once you have received all of the necessary training and support, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Supporting with the production of monthly management accounts
- Journals, accruals and prepayments
- Supporting with quarterly and year end audits
- Analysing financial data and producing reports
- Supporting with VAT returns
- Bank reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Credit control and sales ledger - dealing with invoice queries, chasing outstanding debt, reviewing credit limits, setting up new customers, performing credit checks, ensuring monthly cashflow targets are achieved and managing the debtors' ledger
- Purchase ledger - processing purchase invoices, supplier payments runs, raising purchase orders and managing the creditors' ledger
**Profile**
- must have some experience of working in finance or be studying an accounting qualification
- must have experience of using Excel and be able to create basic formulas
