**JOB TITLE**:Assistant Team Leader

**SALARIED OR HOURLY**:Salaried

**PAY PERIOD**: Monthly

**REPORTS TO**: Service Team Leader

**MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB**

As an Assistant team leader for the Service Department, you will be responsible for supporting the team leader and deputise where necessary.

The work of the department includes organizing, monitoring, and planning Responsive Repairs, Installation and Planned preventative Maintenance.

**DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Duties will involve but are not limited to:
- Deputise for the Team Leader
- Verification of engineer’s daily/weekly timesheets
- Monitor & manage company van fleet, inclusive of MOT’s, Servicing, Accidents & mileage reports.
- Monitor Van mileage & Fuel usage.
- New starter Packs inclusive of Van stock monitoring.
- Monitor & manage Training/Skill Matrix for engineers.
- Monitor & manage Force Tester.
- Monitor & manage PAT testing for engineers’ tools.
- Monitor, manage & process returns to suppliers.
- Generate client quotations inclusive of follow up.
- Supporting with invoicing
- Any other reasonable task

**SKILLS /TRAINING**
- Supporting leadership teams
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent decision-making ability.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Highly organised
- Ability to multitask.
- Experience in Microsoft office
- Logistic knowledge advantageous but not essential
- Understanding of CRM systems desirable but not essential

**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
