An exciting opportunity to join our Cancer Services team as a Cancer Pathway Coordinators has arisen.

2 posts are available, one full time (37.5hrs) and one part time (30hrs).

We are looking for a flexible and self-motivated administrator with good attention to detail and the initiative to work independently. This is a busy and demanding role requiring a high level of communication and organisational skills.

The Cancer Pathway Coordinator plays an essential role to ensure timely management of patients with suspected and / or diagnosed cancer, highlighting any potential breaches and taking appropriate actions to ensure the Trust can achieve the national and local cancer standards. This role will be focused around the management of patient's pathways but this person will have the opportunity to coordinate MDT meetings as part of the role.

The role requires developing excellent working relationships with the key stakeholders within the MDT team such as Consultants, Clinical Nurse Specialists and also with Service Management teams and Cancer Services teams at other Trusts.
