**Role: Graduate/Entry Level Recruitment Consultant -Personalised Career Development**

**Location: Reading**

**Package: £20K-23K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£45K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 2) (£80K OTE Year 3)**

**The Role**:

- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Account Management
- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Networking
- Negotiating
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies

- 2:1 at Degree Level or 1 Year Sales Experience
