**Learning Assistant**

**Job Type**: Permanent contract, 32.5 hours per week, Term Time

**Location**:Boston

**Salary**:Grade 3 6-9 £16,083.01 - £17,067.39 per annum [paid in 12 equal instalments]

The Academy is a popular, well resourced and oversubscribed Secondary Academy based in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a Learning Assistant, you will be working with passionate staff assisting different classes around the Academy. You will be encouraging learning,independence, and a love for education. You will be required to support students, help with form duties, and lunch duties and be an ambassador for the school.

**Requirements**:

- Hold GCSE English and Maths Grade C/4
- Be serious about supporting young people in their educational journey
- Have an outgoing and friendly personality
- Some previous experience would be great but not essential
- All adults employed by the Trust have a responsibility for data protection and have a duty to observe and follow the principles of the GDPR Regulations._
