**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive test approaches, plans, and completion reports tailored to project objectives and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor test activities effectively.
- Lead and execute technical testing activities within JIRA and ServiceNow, ensuring thorough and efficient coverage of all testing scenarios.
- Go beyond defect logging—drive meaningful test execution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Advocate for best practices in technical testing and influence process enhancements across teams.
- Oversee end-to-end testing for ServiceNow projects, ensuring high-quality implementations and seamless upgrades.
- Manage testing activities for Windows re-platforming projects, including Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations and M365 solutions.
- Write detailed technical test scenarios, execute test cases, and ensure defects are logged and resolved.
- Coordinate UAT efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate outcomes and secure delivery approvals.
- Effectively utilise tools such as JIRA and Confluence for test documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain a detailed audit trail of testing progress and defect resolution.
- Present technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience in ServiceNow project testing, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- In-depth understanding of Windows re-platforming projects, including Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations.
- Knowledge of M365 deployment and integration testing.
- Proven ability to lead and execute testing activities beyond defect logging, focusing on technical scenario execution and issue resolution.
- Strong experience in JIRA and ServiceNow testing environments.
- Extensive experience in writing test approaches, plans, and completion reports.
- Adept at designing, executing, and managing technical test scenarios with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for managing test documentation and workflows.
- Familiarity with industry-standard testing methodologies and frameworks.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and a results-oriented mindset.

**Desirable**:

- ISTQB certification or equivalent.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Background in IT infrastructure or systems integration.
