Front of House

**Beau Boutique salon **is an award winning Skin and Beauty Salon and is well known for its excellent customer service and innovative treatments. Based just outside Ashford Kent.

We are currently seeking a professional and well-presented individual with previous 5* experience in a similar front of house role.

The person must be professional, reliable, have excellent people skills and excellent English and Grammar. This is a busy role - we offer on-going training and is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Front of House, who is interested in career progression and to work alongside an outstanding team.

Beau boutique offers a range of advanced skin treatments including Morpheus8, Sofwave, Emsculpt, Hydrafacial, Dermalux LED, ZO Skin, Forma, CACI, Dermapen, Mesoestetic Peels, Soprano Titanium Laser Hair Removal, Lumecca Skin Rejuvenation and Thread Vein Removal as well as tradition beauty services such as LVL, waxing, manicure and pedicures.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Meeting and greeting clients, providing a 5* experience for all clients.

Managing the staff and setting targets.

Dealing with client queries in a polite and professional manner, maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and upholding the company's professional image at all times. 

Educating clients on our newest offers and promotions.

Building the salons social media - creating instagram, facebook, Tik Tok videos.

Arriving and checking out clients according to the booking system and dealing with clients who are late and whom have not attended their appointments. 

Taking correct payments and accurately maintaining client accounts, invoices and financial records. 

Maintaining filing systems, ensuring all documentation needed for treatments and patient consultations are always printed and organised.  

Ensuring the salon and all areas within, are always immaculate, clean and tidy for our clients.

Preparing clients records and individual clinic lists for therapists according to their diaries and treatments booked. 

Managing the diary and booking treatments and correct rooms for correct treatments.

Helping to promote the business through excellent customer service, initiative and assisting in marketing projects.

Taking and passing on relevant messages to relevant colleagues. 

Supporting team members with additional duties as and when needed. 

Regular stock takes and ordering stock.

Maintain a strong knowledge of all treatments performed at the clinic and products (training will be provided) in order to offer correct information and support on treatments and services when communicating with clients.

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
