Right now, we are looking for Category Buyers to help us develop our supplier base to meet the increased demand.

**Role overview**
As a Category Buyer you’ll be at the business end of what we do in a highly visible and dynamic role. Your focus will include:
- Developing & implementing global category strategies to support our manufacturing operations in UK, India, USA, China & Brazil
- Engaging & negotiating with suppliers globally to optimise value - maximising supplier competitiveness and performance.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, particularly Product Development Engineers, to identify, evaluate & adopt new technologies.

You bring a mixture of inter-personal & analytical skills that allows you successfully to negotiate & influence internal stakeholders and suppliers.
You are results driven and take ownership of projects you are working to achieve success.
You consider different perspectives to comprehensively define business requirements and develop creative strategies to achieve these.
You have a can-do attitude and are resilient & adaptable that is essential in a fast-moving environment.
