**Job Summary**
We have looking to fill a key position in a long established quality franchise operation. We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to work alongside another Vehicle Service Advisor as well as a workshop team. You will be responsible for providing a proactive service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for service, maintenance or repair work and arranging, where necessary, a courtesy vehicle. As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will greet customers into the Service Department, extensively liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress, carry out upselling of additional products and services where possible, and keep customers informed of the progress on their vehicle.

- Starting salary of £28,570 per annum.
- A monthly targeted bonus of £650-£800 per month.
- Upsell bouses are 'Uncapped' with potential of overachieving this amount.

- 21 days annual holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays, which will increase to 23 days after 5 years of service

- Monday to Friday opening hours are 8:00am to 5.30pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 12pm.
