**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive clinical assessment and management of patients within your specialty.
- Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and clinical meetings.
- Document patient care accurately and promptly in accordance with hospital policies.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior medical staff and medical students.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental audits.
- Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols to maintain high standards of care.
- Participate in on-call duties as required by the department.

**Qualifications**
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and a licence to practise.
- Previous experience at SPR level within the NHS or equivalent healthcare setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring junior colleagues is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £65.00-£75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 50 per week
