Hotel Receptionist

Tiverton Hotel, part of Crest Hotels Group Family, is located by only 1 mile from the centre of Tiverton. Despite what is a difficult time for our industry, there are still some exiting plans for our hotels and a desire to grow over the coming months and years - therefore an exciting time to join this fast-paced organisation.

Our hotel offers bedrooms, flexible meeting and event space and a popular wedding venue..

**The role is on a shift basis ensuring reception cover from 7am - 11.30pm 7 days a week. (Shift times will be 7am - 3.30pm and 3pm - 11.30pm**

We are seeking people who are smart and friendly with a great personality, who can provide outstanding customer service.

As **Receptionist**, you are the point of contact for our guests and your main responsibilities include:
Welcome our guests in the Hotel and provide an efficient check in and check out service

Arrange reservations

Liaise with other departments ensuring full communication and information are provided at all times

Develop and maintain filing systems

Handling the payments

Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work station

General office duties
