**The Role**

As Head of Social, you’ll take ownership of the content function, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, results-driven work. You’ll lead by example, managing a talented team, refining processes, and ensuring high standards across all content outputs. Collaborating with senior leadership, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the agency’s content capabilities.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Developing Social Strategies-** Creating and executing data-driven social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- **Overseeing Content & Execution-** Ensuring high-quality, impactful social content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and other key platforms.
- **Growing & Engaging Audiences-** Identifying opportunities to expand reach, improve engagement, and build strong communities.
- **Leading the Team-**Mentoring and developing a high-performing social media team.
- **Optimising Performance-**Tracking and analysing key metrics, using insights to refine and improve strategies.
- **Collaborating Across Teams-**Aligning social media efforts with content, design, and wider marketing initiatives for maximum impact.

- Proven leadership experience within a content-focused role, ideally with a strong understanding of social media platforms.
- A track record of delivering high-impact content strategies that drive measurable results.
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn.

- A deep understanding of current trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
