**We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our team at Innage Lane in Bridgnorth.**

**About Innage Lane**
Innage Lane is a day opportunity providing support to adults with learning disabilities in Bridgnorth. At Innage the emphasis is truly on the individual, through a tailored activity programme, which is renewed and revised on a term-time basis. They also run a thriving Social Enterprise, with several sales outlets within the community, that also encompasses skills for work to support people to move forward.
**About You**
You will be expected to complete a range of office administration tasks including but not limited to:
- Ensuring the staff rota system is accurate and complete
- Auditing petty cash and completing finance checks in line with company procedures
- Managing invoices and ensuring they are sent to our finance department
- Support the use of social media to promote Innage Lane
- Ensure health and safety checks are completed by appropriate contractors
- Minute taking at meetings
- Communicating with social workers, parents and carers as required
- Working with our HR training administrator to ensure staff training compliance
- Maintain all confidential information in accordance with GDPR
**You will need to have good communication skills, be flexible and able to prioritize workload.**
**Essential Requirements**:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Experience using web-based systems
- Experience with managing cash systems
- Knowledge of financial systems
**Desirable Requirements**:
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload

Bethphage is a registered charity which was established in 1994 and provides support to adults with learning and physical disabilities in Shropshire and the West Midlands. Everything we do in individually designed to enable people to achieve their potential and meet their objectives and need for support.
