**Further information**:
As a Community Liaison Team Officer, you will be required to promote safe, cohesive communities on the Council's Housing estates.

As part of a team of Community Liaison Officers you will be required to provide support and guidance to both tenants and residents affected by and engaging in ASB.

You will be responsible for investigating reports of ASB in a proactive and timely manner, to work towards achieving positive outcomes and initiating enforcement actions when appropriate.

You will need to work collaboratively with the Area Housing Service, other housing services, partner agencies, and support services to take a multi-agency approach in identifying and addressing ASB in a pro-active manner

You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with all members of the community.
