At Boo Koos Falmouth, we are looking for Wait Staff who have flexible availability across both weekends and weekdays. Customer Service experience is essential but wait experience is not, as we will provide training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately take and serve food and drinks orders
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. portion sizes, ingredients and food allergens (allergen training provided)
- Prepare tables by arranging table settings
- Up-sell additional products
- Ensure age requirements for consumption of alcohol are met.
- Deliver bills and collect payments
- Clear tables of dirty dishes and deliver to the washing area
- Liaise with co-workers to inform yourself on new menu items, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e. g. parties)
- Follow relevant Regulations: Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Fire and ID checks for alcohol consumption
- Carry out drink (soft, alcoholic and milkshake) preparation

- Flexibility to cover: daytime, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.

Job Specifications and Benefits:

- Shifts range between 4 - /9.5 hours
