**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement training programmes that enhance players' skills, fitness, and understanding of the game.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on both individual player development and team strategies.
- Educate players on the rules of football, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
- Analyse player performance during matches and training sessions to provide constructive feedback.
- Organise and oversee matches, ensuring that all players are prepared and understand their roles.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages participation, respect, and personal growth.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding player progress and team goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football.
- Strong knowledge of football techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate players effectively.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes to achieve their best.
- Strong organisational skills to plan training sessions and manage match days.
- A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all players.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
