**The Role**
The job role provides advice, information and support to residents to maximise income. This role will lead on the delivery of the Household Support Fund and other discretionary funding supporting residents to access support available.
You will provide reports and data on discretionary funds utilised.
This role is a designated customer facing role under the fluency duty and requires a specified level of spoken English in the person specification.
**About You**
You will have previous experience dealing with complex enquiries in a customer services environment across a range of channels.
You will be able to respond quickly and positively to customer enquiries and have the ability to work to agreed procedures.
You will be able to lead a team of a friendly and supportive delivery staff.
You will have experience of exporting data and creating reports.
You will have an understanding and commitment to Equal Opportunities and have the ability to converse at ease with service users/customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
