Care Assistant - Astbury Mere Care Home - Congleton. We are looking for care assistants or individuals who would like to develop a career in Health & Social Care to join the team in our beautiful care home in Congleton.

About us: Astbury Mere provides 24-hour residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 62 elderly residents in a beautifully decorated, modern care home. As part of the award winning Porthaven Group, we deliver outstanding care for our residents.

About the role: Under the guidance of a Team Leader on duty, you will be a part of a dedicated team assisting residents with personal care and providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
