We are recruiting for a **Retail Supervisor** to take on responsibility for our **Flagship Store on Boucher Rd, Belfast.**

**The Role**

Kukoon is seeking a **Supervisor** who is looking for an opportunity to take ownership of their own store From opening and closing to managing the rota, your job will be to make the best customer and employee experience for your store.

**So what will you be doing at Kukoon**:

- Leading a small team to provide the best customer service and product knowledge in Belfast
- Leading the merchandising experience to take our customers through a journey in the showroom (And optimise sales)
- Achieving sales and profit targets with your team
- Keeping accurate stock and an accurate till register
- Find ways to increase customer footfall
- Giving genuine interiors advice to our growing customer base
- Opening and closing of the store

**We’d love to meet someone with..**
- 2+ years in a retail environment
- Customer service experience in a similar role, dealing with customers in a retail environment
- A genuine interest in fashion, homewares and trends - after all that's what we are the best at
- A drive to continually improve processes and customer experiences - we love our customers, can you tell?
- A basic knowledge of an inventory and till system.
- A positive attitude who demonstrates pride in their work and has the energy to match
