**Summary**

As a Night Team Member at Holiday Inn, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay during the night hours. This position is essential for maintaining the hotel's operations and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in food preparation and ensure food safety standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests during night shifts.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently throughout the night.
- Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance guest experience.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a culinary or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
