Join **Little Lives UK** as the full-time charity **Communications Administrator.**This role is at our head office in Wallisdown, Poole, Monday
- Friday 08:00-16:00 with 30-minute lunch break.
**The** **Communications Administrator** **main responsibilities are**:
Working as a team player, communicating and working alongside the directors and management team.
Booking donation collections for clothes and electronics
Managing social media accounts, including creating content for them
Attending PR and donation events with organisations we work with on behalf of the charity
Maintaining Little Lives UK’s public image
Writing blogs for the charity with the help of the interns
Writing social media posts for the charity
Helping with the recruitment of interns and volunteers
Working closely alongside both Interns and volunteers
Help to plan and organise new fundraising events
Work with the directors and management on charity projects
Attend meetings with other companies and charities
Liaising with other companies and other charities about supporting each other
Present to judging panels, schools, donors and companies when required
General public relations
**You will need to have the following skills**:
Be a team player and work on own initiative at times
Strong administration skills
Experience within communications
Be passionate of working within a charity
To be able to prioritise your workload
Work to deadlines
Be happy to travel to events and meetings
Happy to work alongside the directors to a high standard that reflects well on the charity
seamlessly converse with different people in different circumstances to create good working relationships
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,300.00 per year
