**Commercial Lawyer**

An award winning legal sports and media specialist firm are looking for an experienced commercial solicitor to join the team in their London office.

**Commercial Lawyer's Role**

The successful Commercial Lawyer will have the opportunity to work with autonomy and a client-centred focus, providing a high level of commercial knowledge across a mixture of sports and media businesses.

The Commercial Lawyer will support a broad range of clients on all aspects of commercial work, with key responsibilities including drafting, terms, commercial contract advice and review, franchise agreements, distribution work and service agreements.

**The Commercial Lawyer**
- Qualified solicitor in England Wales
- Previous experience in an established private practice or in-house role
- Experience or interest in sports/media law
- Strong technical capabilities
- Able to manage a varied caseload
- Excellent communication skills
