**What is a support worker?**

**If you want a job that really makes a difference, we are looking for support workers who can give exceptional care to the children and young people we support. If you come and work for us, you will not only be rewarded with a deeply satisfying job that helps improve the lives of young people who have support needs associated with social, emotional and mental health difficulties - but you will have a job that offers a hugely competitive earning potential package, fantastic benefits and the flexibility to complete your working week in three days.**

**Who are we?**

**Priority Childcare provides real support from real people. We are focused on the future, and our small and welcoming homes are staffed by teams of supportive carers who build trusting relationships with children and enable them to feel safe, secure, and cared for.** We are committed to making a positive impact on their lives, fostering their growth, and enhancing their overall well-being. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated support workers to join our team and make an impact in the lives of these incredible children.

**About Rhos Cottage**:
**Rhos Cottage is a four-bedroom house with two transitional flats in the grounds. Set in two acres of land, it is close to all amenities and bus routes to Swansea City Centre. It’s a welcoming home and we need people with a nurturing spirit and exceptional patience to join our team. We are hoping to employ drivers who will be able to transport the children for some fun days out.**

**Your compassionate nature will empower these children as they navigate through challenging circumstances. You will guide them on their educational journey, accompanying them to school and providing unwavering support in their everyday endeavours.**

**Our main focus of work is providing stability and consistency of care with 13 to 18-year-old people whilst also preparing them for independence. As a support worker, you would also need to be prepared to have two overnight (sleep-in) shifts. We appreciate that can take you away from your own families - and so you would be able to finish your working work in three days, allowing you to enjoy that precious time with your own loved ones too.**

**Why you should come and work for us**:
