**OTT Ad Tech Architect - Home Working
Company Overview**

Our client are the largest global provider of video solutions, you can be part of building and delivering the most complete, secure, and advanced end-to-end technology platform.

**Role Description**

The role is specifically focused on their OTT Advanced Advertising opportunities, which is part of the broader product portfolio. You will be responsible for defining and owning the architecture around the entire OTT technical advertising eco-system.

**Responsibilities**
- Take responsibility for the technical architecture area of the OTT Advertising product set, being the expert in this domain area.
- Understand the technical requirements and opportunities in the OTT market and define technical approaches to meet the opportunities and challenges.
- Work effectively as part of the wider team of architects to identify consistency and alignment of approach across the broader architectural strategies.
- Comfortable working with a variety of customers, internal as well as external. Flexibility, innovation and adaptability are key skills in this role.
- Working with the relevant Product Managers contribute to the Product vision and participate in evolving its future strategy.

**Personal Attributes**
- 2-4 years of Software Architecture in a software engineering environment, understanding complexities that surround it.
- We are looking for someone with a background in OTT Ad Tech, with experience of how the ecosystem fits together and will be able to work around challenges that might arise.
- You have a deep (proven) understanding of the intricacies of advertising technologies, advertising decisioning processes, data privacy implementation techniques and audience management infrastructure.
- You will be able to clearly articulate the advantages and disadvantages of various E2E ad-insertion architecture patterns
- Experience of multiple ad technology stacks and a working knowledge of one or more of the following ad technologies will be of great benefit; Ad Servers, Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI), Campaign Management, Client/Server Side Ad Insertion (C/SSAI)
- Knowledge of Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), Ad Exchanges & Real Time Bidding (RTB) would be advantageous
- You are flexible, and willing to work with, and accommodate for, meetings across multiple time zones.
- You are a lateral thinker who can stimulate innovation as well as execute on delivery.
- You will be a highly effectively communicator who is able to evangelise technical solutions and strategies to both internal management/staff and external stakeholders at all levels
- Strong business insight: ability to create customer value in solution design and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
